United Will Get No More than £60m for Paul Pogba

Manchester United paid £150 m for the 27-year-old last summer. But the Evening Standard claims that the Red Devils have now privately agreed that their price has plummeted significantly- £60 m, at most.

Clubs across Europe need to adjust to the financial effects of the coronavirus pandemic, which means that big-money transactions are unlikely to happen this year. Consequently, United have reportedly agreed that they are unlikely to obtain any bids in excess of £60 m for Paul Pogba.

The same report suggests that the expected push by United for Jadon Sancho might also be off unless they can reach a better deal with Borussia Dortmund.

At the end of a campaign that was ravaged by injuries, the France International had been inclined to abandon Old Trafford. Pogba, who only played six matches in all competitions this term, is rumored to be a priority for Real Madrid and the former side of Juventus.
