Juventus midfielder Federico Chiesa has drawn many clubs’ attention after his Euro 2020 form for champions Italy. However, in transfer news football, Juventus may not sell Chiesa, including not selling him to Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
Juventus acquired midfielder Federico Chiesa from Fiorentina on a football transfer worth 10 million euros last year, in October 2020.
And, last season, the 23-year-old European champion played 33 Serie A games, in which he scored 9 goals for Juventus.
But more impressive were his Euro 2020 plays, which attracted widespread attention on the Italy international.
According to Sport1 journalist Patrick Berger, two of the biggest Bundesliga giants have asked for Chiesa but Juventus rejected both.
Juventus have no intention of selling the Italian international, to either of the German sides, Bayern or Dortmund.
Transfer News Football – Juventus May Not Sell Chiesa to the Premier League Too
Meanwhile, Liverpool’s interest in Federico Chiesa is unlikely to go any further.
Liverpool — allegedly — had offered a nine-figure bid to Juventus for their midfielder Federico Chiesa.
However, Juventus rejected their hefty bid too, and the Premier League club’s appetite to bid may just have vanished since.
Simply put, Juventus forward Chiesa is currently too expensive and therefore not an option for Liverpool, at the moment.
Liverpool’s current stance regarding this summer transfer window is that they are not buying many high-profile players for inbound transfer.
In fact, they feel that, allied with who they already have, hey don’t need new players at all.
What with how the market and availability is right now, Liverpool believe they can make do with their existing squad.
In related news, previous reports stated that two Premier League sides, Chelsea and Liverpool, in particular, were keen on Chiesa.
Either side even offered around 100 million euros for the Juventus forward, it seems, but Juve turned down both offers.
