The Red Devils started off well as Sanch opened the scoring in the 17th minute. A penalty was awarded late in the second half. Ronaldo stepped up to convert the penalty and ended his goal drought.
Neither team were able to add to the scoresheet in the second half. Thus, the fixture ended with a scoreline of 2-0 in United’s favour.
