RFC Seraing have signed left-back Leroy Abanda from AC Milan. RFC Seraing announced: “New arrival in our nucleus, with the signing of Leroy Abanda, a left flank born on June 07, 2000, who comes to us from AC Milan and who had already been present at the club for a few days.
“Franco-Cameroonian, Leroy is from the Paris region. He joined AS Monaco at the age of 15 and spent three and a half seasons there, before joining the ranks of AC Milan.
“He was then loaned to Switzerland, to Neuchâtel Xamax and then to US Boulogne.
“Fan of Marcelo, our new left-hander has signed a two-year contract, with another season optional.
“Welcome to him!”
Leroy said: “I play on the entire left flank of the pitch. My main qualities are speed, cross quality and passing. I was seduced by the Seraing project, in particular by the management’s speech, but also because this signature will give me the opportunity to discover the D1A.
“When I was in Monaco, I inevitably heard about the Belgian competition. Given the links between Monaco and the Cercle de Bruges. I know that the championship is very physical. I’m not quite stepping into the unknown when I arrive in Seraing. Because I played with Guillaume Dietsch in the France U16, U17 and U19 team.”
Ambitious, Leroy has already set a clear goal: “I want to win at Seraing!
