Leeds United FC have signed Colombian forward, Luis Sinisterra from Feyenoord. The Peacocks announced: “Leeds United FC are delighted to announce the signing of Colombian international Luis Sinisterra from Eredivisie outfit, Feyenoord.
“The 23-year-old arrives at Elland Road for an undisclosed fee and has penned a five-year deal, running until the summer of 2027.
“He departs Rotterdam having played 113 games, scoring 35 goals and providing 29 assists in all competitions.
“Sinisterra is Leeds’ sixth summer recruit, following the arrivals of Brenden Aaronson, Tyler Adams, Darko Gyabi, Rasmus Kristensen and Marc Roca.
“The transfer is subject to international clearance and a work permit.”
“I am very happy to be here in this beautiful club, I am enjoying this time,” Sinisterra told LUTV.
“I know it’s a historic club with beautiful fans, I heard a lot of things about the stadium. And atmosphere, it’s amazing so I can’t wait to feel that in person.
“It was my dream when I was a child [to play in the Premier League], right now I am close to making that.”
“Of course I will work to bring this quality to Leeds,” Sinisterra stated.
“This is my feeling, that I want to do the same. Or even more for this team and for the fans.
“I think it is also one of my characteristics, to enjoy. And make the fans happy with my skills, my quality and hopefully I can do that here at Elland Road.”
