Ronaldo May Not Play with Juve Next Season

It is not yet known at which club Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo will play next season.

The player has scored 23 goals in 23 Serie A games this season.

The Portuguese’s current contract with Juve expires in the summer of 2022.

Earlier reports even suggested that Ronaldo could return to Real Madrid this summer.

Meanwhile, the club has not made any decisions on the future of the 36-year-old Portuguese.

Possible options will be assessed in the coming months. It is likely that a decision on Ronaldo’s future will be made at the end of the season.

As of now, both Juventus and the player himself want to focus on Serie A and the Italian Cup.

The issue will be discussed by Juventus representatives and agent Jorge Mendes, claims CBS.

Juventus will unequivocally start a rebuild, with youngsters – Matthijs de Ligt, Weston McKennie, Federico Chiesa, Dejan Kulusevski and Wojciech Szczęsny as the backbone of the new team.
