Pelle’s Perfect Goal for Parma Didn’t Prepare Them for a Win

At the Ennio Tardini, for the Parma – Genoam match, Graziano Pellè scored a goal with spectacular overhead kick.

He thus gave Parma the lead after 16 minutes.

Indeed, Parma were ready to put pressure on their relegation rivals in Serie A, seemingly on their way to another three points.

But, Genoa ultimately defeated Parma 2-1, thanks to a brace from Gianluca Scamacca.

Scamacca came off the bench at half-time for Eldor Shomurodov.

And he turned the game around with a brace, securing three points for Ballardini.

Parma’s winless streak finally ended against Roma last time out. Meanwhile, Genoa, who started well under Davide Ballardini, have sunk in recent weeks.
