Martin Odegaard has said that he is “very satisfied” at Arsenal.
Arsenal are apparently keen to keep the 22-year-old on their books until the end of the season.
The Norwegian playmaker, who is playing with the Gunners on loan from Real Madrid, has even been linked with a permanent move to the club.
The Real Madrid loanee has adapted quickly to Premier League football.
In fact, he was named man-of-the-match in Arsenal’s thrilling 3-3 draw with West Ham United on Sunday.
Odegaard’s impressive results under Mikel Arteta have naturally led to speculation about a permanent contract.
And the player himself has confirmed that he is enjoying life in North London.
Speaking to Norwegian outlet VG, the playmaker said: “I said many times that I’ve been looking for stability (in the same club), but haven’t found it.
“I think it’ll be important to find stability. I’m very happy at Arsenal, enjoying myself. I like it here. Now my focus is to finish the season, then we’ll see.”
