Ibra in Tears Talking about His Family

Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has spoken out to Daily Mail about his return to the Swedish national team.

Zlatan has two sons- Vincent is the youngest at 12 years old and Maximilian is 14 and older.

The question asked to him was: How has your family reacted to your return to the national team?

To this, Ibra answered: That’s not a good question. Vincent cried when I left. But everything is all right now.

The footballer has been called up to the national team for the first time since 2016.

So far, he has scored 62 goals in 116 games and is the top scorer for the national team.

And Ibrahimovic spoke on his feelings about being back in the Swedish national team:

“Playing for the national team is the most important thing a footballer can do. When I followed Sweden’s matches, I felt that I could help the team, do something for it.

“Of course, it was not just my decision. The desires of a player and a coach must coincide; it must be a joint decision.

“I got the opportunity to play for my country again, and I will do it with dignity. But it’s not just about that. It sounds as if I am the only one who is happy about it, but I returned to the national team to deliver results for the coach, teammates and the country.

“No matter how much I say here, if there are no results, those words mean nothing.”
