Dortmund Have Set the Transfer Value of Their Forward

Dortmund Have Set Haaland's Transfer Value

Borussia Dortmund have set the transfer value of their forward Erling Haaland for the summer transfer window.

20-year-old Haaland has amazingly scored 49 goals in 49 games for Dortmund.

But there have been reports of interest in Haaland from Barcelona, Chelsea, Bayern, Manchester United.

Manchester City and Real Madrid were even reported to be leading rivals for his signature.

It was previously reported that Chelsea considered buying the Norwegian in the summer before Borussia Dortmund’s enquiries became known.

But Dortmund have now set the transfer value of their forward at €180 million, reports ESPN.

The German club hope that such a price will scare off top clubs. This may allow Haaland to stay with the team for another year.

The Dortmund side used the same tactic last summer when many were interested in winger Jadon Sancho.
