Tottenham striker Harry Kane wants to change clubs in the summer transfer window. Now, Spurs value Kane at £150m and disagree to a Premier League move for him.
Kane has played 33 games in the Premier League this season, scoring 22 goals and providing 13 assists.
However, he has long remained discontent with Tottenham because they have no trophies to show for their effort.
Just yesterday, news broke that the forward had again told Tottenham’s management that he wants to leave in the summer.
He wished for a Spurs exit, but did not wish to leave the Premier League. Essentially, Kane wanted to leave Spurs for a rival Premier League club.
Reportedly, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea are in talks with his agents.
Man Unt vs Man City for Kane would be an interesting race to follow in this upcoming transfer window. To add to the drama, Chelsea are also among the contenders for Kane.
Spurs Value Kane at £150m and Disagree to a Premier League Move
Tottenham value their forward and England captain Kane, for a transfer away, at £150 million (around €175 million). This is unsurprising, as Spurs always hinted that their star player wouldn’t transfer cheap.
According to The Telegraph, however, Londoners chairman Daniel Levy does not want the 27-year-old to go to another English club.
According to the source, Spurs’ negotiations with the Blues will be incredibly difficult given the serious rivalry between EPL clubs. Tottenham will not want their star player going to a domestic rival.
So, Kane’s specific demand, to transfer but only to another Premier League giant, has been met with the opposition reaction.
