RB Leipzig midfielder Marcel Sabitzer is set to switch clubs in the summer transfer window.
The Leipzig captain has played 21 games in the Bundesliga this season. He’s scored 6 goals and provided 2 assists.
The midfielder’s current contract with the German club expires in the summer of 2022. And Sabitzer is set to switch clubs, as was reported earlier too.
Sabitzer thus may refuse to sign a new deal with Leipzig.
So, the club may be forced to sell him this summer or next winter, to avoid him leaving for free.
Liverpool, Manchester United, and Tottenham are bidding for the 27-year-old Austrian.
And he has already informed Leipzig’s management that he wants to leave in the summer, writes GGFN, quoting Bild.
