According to reports, Liverpool has joined the race to sign Sander Berge.
Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur already want the Sheffield United midfielder.
According to Eurosport, now, Liverpool are also interested in signing Berge, whom Jurgen Klopp sees as an ideal – and affordable – replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum.
Berge hasn’t played since December due to a hamstring injury, and he may have already played his last game for United, who are relegating to the Championship.
The Norwegian international joined United from Genk for a club-record fee of £22 million last summer, but he has only made 13 appearances for the Blades.
