Sevilla sporting director Ramon Monchi has apologised to Barcelona head coach Ronald Koeman and forward Lionel Messi, writes Mundo Deportivo.
Monchi apologised to Messi, with whom he had an altercation. The Argentine accepted the apology.
Monchi apologised to the coach for calling him a whiner during the last match due to him complaining about the refereeing.
Sevilla sources did not want to release details of the conversation between Koeman and Monchi, but explained that the coach accepted the apology.
Barcelona knocked Sevilla out of the Copa del Rey, with the scoreline at 2-2 on aggregate, but the Catalans were stronger in overtime.
Barca also beat Sevilla 2-0 in La Liga in a match that took place on February 27.
