Lukaku Is Open to a Football Transfer to Chelsea

Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku will reportedly re-join Chelsea if all the concerned parties agree on the right transfer fee. So, among other red hot transfer news football, Lukaku is open to a football transfer to Chelsea from Serie A.

Romelu Lukaku, the brilliant goal scorer, waved goodbye to Stamford Bridge for Everton in the summer of 2014. He left Chelsea on a permanent deal following a successful loan spell at Goodison Park.

And now, according to The Telegraph, the Belgian is happy with his current club, Inter Milan.

He has even returned, gleefully, to Inter’s pre-season training after playing international football fixtures with Belgium in Euro 2020.

Nonetheless, the Blues’ determination to bring him back has left the Inter striker impressed.

And why not – Lukaku deeply appreciates their willingness to sell four players, even, for such a football transfer to transpire.

The player is also seeing temptation in the prospect of playing under relatively new Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel’s management.

We reported previously that Inter rejected an offer from Chelsea in order to bring Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge.

The report also shared the football news that the London club are preparing a €120-130m proposal to the Italian side.

But now, we are excited to tell you that Romelu Lukaku himself is not uninclined toward making a Chelsea comeback.

Indeed, in The Independent’s news of football today, Lukaku has even reached an initial agreement on personal terms with Chelsea.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea’s latest offer could be worth up to £110million plus Marcos Alonso.

Furthermore, the Blues are actually open to the inclusion of two Chelsea players in the deal. The idea may be to see these two Blues players going to Inter in exchange for Lukaku returning to Chelsea.

One of these players, of course, is Alonso, who is already under discussion during negotiations.
