But, at the same time, how little the financially-dire Barcelona will be paying him may affect celebration for his comeback.
Previously, some reports said that Dani Alves was hoping for a full-year contract and aiming the World Cup in Qatar.
But eventually, Alves has accepted a Barcelona deal until June 2022 with an option to extend for a further year.
