Thus, 48 hours after Mikel Arteta said Xhaka was staying at Arsenal, he has reportedly signed a new four-year deal.
With Xhaka’s current Arsenal contract expiring in 2023, they are keeping him on the books further still. His new contract will tie him down to the club until the end of the 2024-25 season.
