Conference League Football Results – Roma Conceded 6 Goals

Jose Mourinho, a two-time Champions League winner, saw his Roma side concede six goals to Scandinavian minnows Bodo Glimt tonight. In possibly the lowest point of Mourinho’s illustrious career, in yesterday’s UEFA Conference League football results, Roma conceded 6 goals.

Bodo/Glimt completed a football fairytale by winning November 2020’s Norwegian league title for the first time in their 104-year history.

And these underdogs have now delivered one of the season’s biggest surprises by thrashing the Italians, Roma, in Conference League.

Following his press conference, Mourinho appeared to be enjoying his trip to the Arctic Circle, posing for photos with residents in the snow.

Jose Mourinho has been vocal about his interest in the newly vacant Newcastle position of head coach (the football news). But the Special One has claimed on two occasions that he is not interested in it.

However, his journey to the Aspmyra Stadion, which seats only 5635 people, ended in humiliation for himself and his Roma.

After all, the hosts, Bodo Glimt, ran riot in the second half and overall, scored 6 goals to Roma’s one.

Conference League Football Results – Roma Conceded 6 Goals

Following the 1-0 loss at Juventus last Sunday, Roma’s Jose Mourinho was eager to make changes to his starting lineup. But this was a decidedly poor performance, especially if we compare it to a recent Conference League football match.

Erik Botheim, who went on to secure a hat-trick, and Patrick Berg scored for Bodo in the first half. But that was before Carlos Perez balanced the score a bit for Roma in the same first half.

However, after the break, the Norwegian champs stepped it up a notch, scoring four more goals in the second half. They thus made their triumphant result even more impressive.
