Champions League Football Results – Groups E, F, G, and H

In this article, we summarize every match last night in Champions League football results, Groups E, F, G, and H.

So, Tuesday night’s Champions League Football Results – Groups E, F, G, and H – are:

Group E

In Group E, Bayern achieved their fifth victory in as many appearances this Tuesday – 2-1 in Kiev against Dynamo Kiev.

With this away win, they also secured first place in their group’s standings.

Now, a huge fight will wage behind their first-placed back in the last round of the group stage.

That’s because, though Xavi made his debut in the Champions League as Barcelona’s coach (football today), his team couldn’t win. Barcelona missed the match ball against Benfica at home and instead landed up in a 0-0 tie.

The match ended a goalless draw in the rainy scene but Barcelona still has two points more than the Portuguese.

Group F

Manchester United beat Villarreal 2-0 away, with goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Sancho in the final of the football match.

In the same Group F, Atalanta had a chance to break into second place with a win in Bern. But they could only scruff up a 3-3 draw against the Young Boys.

Actually, even though Atalanta led the scores twice (1-0 and 2-1), Young Boys eventually escaped defeat by equalizing both times.

In the 87th minute, Muriel came into the game and in the same minute, he scored from a free-kick for the final 3-3.

Group G

The biggest crowd is in Group G, all four teams are in the game for the round of 16.

That’s because, before the last round (RB Salzburg-Sevilla and Wolfsburg-Lille), all the four of them have only one point differences.

In terms of points, though, Lille is the best at the moment. This is after we saw them beating Salzburg 1-0 in the 5th round, as the hosts.

Sevilla also returned to the game with a 2-0 home win against Wolfsburg. Ivan Rakitic delivered a great assist in the 12th minute. He hit Joan Jordan in the eyelash for the first goal of the match.

Group H

Chelsea, the current winner of the Champions League, beat Juventus in London with the perfect football scores of 4-0.

So, the Blues, together with the Turin club, from Group H, advanced to the eighth-finals of this season’s Champions League.

Both teams have 12 points each (four wins and a loss in rehearsal), which the other two teams cannot reach.

In the second rehearsal of this group, Malmö scored their first point. At home, they played 1-1 against Zenit, although they had more players in the end. Also, they only scored a goal very late in the game, in the 92nd minute from the penalty spot (Rakicki).
