Lionel Messi has informed Barcelona that he will not be renewing his contract with the Catalan club.

The club announced in the football news on their Twitter on Thursday that Lionel Messi will not return to Barcelona.

The Blaugrana legend’s contract at Camp Nou expired at the end of last season.
