Barcelona Win Their First La Liga Match after Messi’s Exit

FC Barcelona secure a 4:2 victory over Real Sociedad in their La Liga opener at the Anoeta stadium in San Sebastian. So, because Barcelona win their first La Liga match after Messi’s exit, they have had only optimistic football scores since the departure of Lionel Messi.

The Catalan club managed to start their life without Lionel Messi on a winning note.

Gerard Pique took a pay cut to help the club register the newcomers a few days before (the football news).

Then the excitement ended in the first of the five added minutes. Sergi Roberto set the final score of the match at 4-2 securing 3 points for Barca.
