And Toney, especially was Brentford’s hero because he scored one goal and set up the other for Mbeumo.

Brentford took the lead in the 28th minute when Toney converted a penalty after Wolves’ Marcal fouled him.
Then, Wolves came close to equalizing when Adama Traore’s deflected shot hit the crossbar, but it was in vain.
Just six minutes later, Brentford extended their lead when Toney sent a cross-goal pass which Mbeumo tapped in. Mbeumo thus scored his first Premier League goal.
Shortly into the second half, the Frenchman curled over a chance to make it three, but it just didn’t happen. He later also struck the crossbar in stoppage time.
Brentford held on to their lead despite being down a man after Shandon Baptiste was sent off. He has to quit the pitch with 26 minutes remaining after receiving a second yellow card.
With their first win in four games, the Bees move up to a ninth-place with eight points.
With three points, on the other hand, the Wolves have fallen to 14th place.
