Bayern head coach Hansi Flick commented on the 3-1 win over Werder in the Bundesliga.
“I am delighted that we opened the scoring after a corner,” said Flick to the official website of the club.
“Toni Tapalovic and Miro Klose contributed to it. Once again, thank you to them, thank you for their work.”
He added: “Of course, one conceded goal made me angry. But our four defenders and the whole team were very good in defense. We almost did not allow the opponent to do anything. I am very happy with the result, congratulations to the team.”
“It’s a more than deserved win. We could have won with a bigger score. We executed everything we had planned: we were well positioned on the pitch and put pressure on the opponents,” he claimed.
