FC Nantes have loaned striker Evann Guessand from OGC Nice. The Canaries announced: “FC Nantes and OGC Nice have reached an agreement for the loan – without an option to buy – of striker Evann Guessand (21), until the end of the 2022-2023 season.”
They added: “Evann Guessand grew up near Marseille, the city in which he took his first licence, at the age of 7. Under the colors of ASPTT Marseille, the young boy performed and joined OGC Nice in the summer of 2014. After passing through the sports section of the Collège Parc Impérial (Nice) in pre-training, Evann Guessand then joined the club’s training center azure. His good performances also gave him several selections with the young French teams (U16, U17, U18, U19).
“One by one, the native of Ajaccio progressed through the levels. Until he played his very first match with the GYM professional squad in the Coupe de France; during the 2019-2020 season, against Étoile Fréjus St-Raphaël. A few months later, in the summer of 2020, he signed his very first professional contract.”
OGC Nive confirmed the same, “OGC Nice and Nantes have reached an agreement. For the loan of Evann Guessand (without option to buy) for the 2022-23 season.
“The whole of OGC Nice wishes him a good season!”
