Atalanta BC have signed Ederson from Salernitana. The club announced: “Atalanta BC can confirm the signing of the player Ederson from Salernitana on a permanent basis.

Atalanta further added: “Born on 7 July 1999 in Campo Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul in Brasil, Ederson José dos Santos Lourenço da Silva, simply known as Ederson, is a dynamic, all-round midfielder, who knows how to combine quality with running and knows how to play attacking football.
“He started his professional career at Desportivo Brasil, then moved to Cruzeiro, Corinthians and Fortaleza. Where he gained significant experience and earned more than 100 appearances overall, scoring seven goals. He then arrived in Italy in January 2022 to join Salernitana. Being one of the key players in the club’s incredible comeback in the league to avoid relegation. He impressed everyone in Salerno with his quality and quick ability to settle into a new environment.
