Ajax accepted Manchester United’s offer for their midfielder Donny van de Beek.
The deal was quickly executed thanks to the former goalkeeper of the Mancunians and now the general director of the Amsterdam club Edwin van der Sar, reports The Guardian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The deal will pay the player in the amount of 40 million euros plus bonuses, and was agreed upon without negotiations.
Earlier it was known that the English club agreed on a deal with the midfielder until June 2025.
According to the source, moreover, the official transfer of van de Beek to Manchester United will be completed this week.
